Synopsis
Paris 2013. Brottsligheten i getton runt om stan har fått regeringen att isolera de drabbade områdena bakom höga säkerhetsmurar. Damien, en kampsportsexpert från franska polisen, är på väg till det våldsammaste distriktet, nummer 13. Men han kommer att behöva hjälp från insidan. Leito, som hatar polisen, har genom snabbhet och vighet lyckats hålla sig vid liv fram tills nu då han plötsligt måste vara turistguide åt snuten. Det är inget drömjobb när största attraktionen är ett gängkrig på liv och död mellan kvarterets kallblodiga gangsterkungar.
