Synopsis
En död man hittas nergrävd utanför Stockholm. Han misstänks vara offer för en konflikt inom en islamistisk terrorcell vilket gör att Beck-gruppen tvingas samarbeta med Säpo. Ett företag man undersöker visar sig tillhandahålla svart arbetskraft åt Stockholms mindre nogräknade byggföretag. Fallet väcker heta känslor hos Martin Beck och samarbetet med Säpo är allt annat är problemfritt.
