BABYLON SYGE
Synopsis
En hed Sommer i Hornstull, Stockholm. Majas Kæreste er på vej til Indien. Hun er ikke selv på vej nogle steder hen. Hun ved ikke engang hvor hun skal bo. Hun få lov til at flytte ind hos Mattias, som hun ikke kender. Han har en etværelses lejlighed og hun kan bo i køkkenet. Med jævne mellemrum indvaderer Mattias venner lejligheden, og Maja føler sig mere og mere desperat. Hun er træt af aldrig at føle sig til rette i livet, træt af forbruger samfundet og træt af kærester, der ikke respekterer hende. Modvilligt begynder Maja at få interesse for Mattias og sammen med ham og hans venner hænger hun ud på Södermalm i sommer månederne. Mattias tilstår at han er ramt af Babylon Sygdommen, da en af vennerne foreslår en politisk aktion.
